For the record...

                                                           So we started…



We have been contacting people over the phone and on email; we are having a taste of good old skepticism with a teaspoon of mistrust… So I thought further clarification may be important, we are contacting owners that post adds on various websites to sell and/or rent their timeshare, many of this post start by saying things like: “I can’t use my timeshare and just want someone to pay maintenance fees” or “For sale great timeshare property it’s a two bedroom call me and we can work out a deal”…. So we call and asked how often they use it and explain our intentions some are receptive and have been through the pay-upfront-resale-rental-company Road, so the first question they have is how much are you going to charge me upfront? Our answer is always the same: NOTHING, we DO charge the cost equivalent to three of your current maintenance fees for every year red season contracts, 2 maintenance fees for every other year contracts and 4 maintenance fees if the contract was low season or mid season that’s it! That’s our “price list” we are willing to wait until transfer is completed and verified by you, once the deed has been properly recorded to our name or contract has been properly assigned to us in case of right to use timeshares, then you pay us! Please don’t’ get us wrong I am not going to tell you a story on how I got ripped off by a timeshare company and now I’m out to get them or how we want to “relief” your pain of having a timeshare because we are nice! No that’s not it… Our business model is quite simple; we take your timeshare for a fee so that we can book it and rent it sometimes we make money sometimes we break even, what we don’t’ do is turn around and try to sell it on eBay for a buck so that we can make a quick buck (no pond intended)

 I would like to be quite blunt about this, if you have exhausted EVERY avenue to get rid of your timeshare and still can’t then we can help…. If you have a great time using it, you can comfortably afford maintenance fees and love its location then even better! A couple of things you won’t hear from us is that we would want money upfront, and that we would pressure anyone to go our way.
